Mjölner is a pot set that is a really good and durable investment from Vargen & Thor, which is suitable for all kinds of cooking.
The set includes the 4 liter Miranda pot, the 1.6 liter Vera saucepan and the Model Y tractor pan. The surface is in strikingly beautiful real copper, and the inside is in brushed stainless steel. The brushed surface helps prevent food from burning as easily as on other surfaces. A neat feature. The handles, which are heat-resistant, are made of durable stainless steel. Three real gems to have in the kitchen cupboard, or to have in front of the stove, ready for the next meal preparation. Glass lid included.
The Wolf and Thor have used real copper for this series, no plating here either. All parts have an aluminum core, for fast and even heat distribution. Thanks to new technology, it works on all hobs, including induction, and it can be used in an oven at up to 300°c. When cooking in an oven, the heat protection does not work, so it can be good to combine the saucepan and the tractor pan with the customized Ulla handle protection from Vargen & Thor.
Miranda, Vera and Model Y can be washed in the dishwasher, and it is good to know that when used with gas, in the oven or in the dishwasher/with detergent, the copper surface may get stains. To preserve the original shade, the use of copper plaster is recommended.
The Mjölner series will become a stable companion in the kitchen, with their different properties, as well as different sizes, they are suitable for all cooking.
